Refund & Replacement Policy

1. Our Replacement Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you experience issues with your account within 7 days of delivery, we will replace it at no extra cost, provided the issue falls within our guarantee terms.

To request a replacement, contact us via WhatsApp or Telegram with:

• Your order details (product name, date of purchase)
• A description of the issue
• Screenshots or evidence of the problem

We aim to process all replacement requests within 1–4 hours.

2. When Replacement Applies

You are eligible for a free replacement if:

• The account was restricted or disabled within 7 days of delivery with no policy violations on your part
• The account was not as described (e.g., wrong ad account limit delivered)
• Access was revoked through no action of your own
• The account did not work at the time of delivery

3. When Replacement Does NOT Apply

The replacement guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

• The account was restricted due to policy violations by the buyer (prohibited ads, spam, fraudulent activity)
• The buyer shared account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• More than 7 days have passed since delivery
• The buyer changed the account's primary settings without following proper procedures
• The account was used for purposes that violate Meta's, TikTok's, or WhatsApp's Terms of Service

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are generally final once the account has been delivered and access confirmed.

However, a full refund will be issued in the following circumstances:

• We are unable to deliver the ordered account within a reasonable timeframe (typically 24 hours)
• The delivered account was significantly different from what was ordered, and a suitable replacement cannot be provided
• A duplicate payment was made in error

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once work has commenced:

• BM Verification Service (once the verification process has started)
• Facebook Account Reinstatement (once the appeal process has been submitted)
